May 23, 1999 - Web site www.hydro-gate.com uploaded in rudimentary format.
May 23, 1999 - Bill Farlinger and Ron Osbourne (Ontario Hydro/OPG) e-mailed about web site. Home Page sent.
May-July 1999 - E-mails to provincial NDP and Liberals due to election. NDP shows interest, but too late for action.
July 5, 1999 - Contacted Bob Weiss, Office Managing Partner of Arthur Anderson.
August 4, 1999 - OH/OPG lawyers send first e-mail, threatening to sue if site not down in two weeks
Late August, 1999 - site down due to technical difficulties.
Early September, 1999 - E-mailed OPG lawyers urging them to sue, and also cc my lawyer on all correspondence. No reply.
Sept 9, 1999 - www.hydro-gate.com widely known in OPT.
Sept 99-2002 - Many e-mails to Ontario politicians, federal politicians, newspapers, TV, radio, bond raters, OPG Board of Directors, about www.hydro-gate.com. Almost no response.
Late 2001 - new litigation lawyer attempts to get gorged Arthur Anderson report through Freedom Of Information Act; Mike Harris has changed law and unsuccessful.
Late 2001-2002 - Arthur Anderson collapses. Other companies follow (Enron, WorldCom etc.) in haze of corporate corruption.
Early 2002 - Hydro One "chastised" for excessive payments and pay-offs to executives.
