Headquartered in downtown Toronto, the Globe & Mail has long been Ontario Hydro’s fiercest critic, and still tries. They criticize Ontario Hydro for running a bureaucratic monster, of ignoring the market, of lousy management of nuclear stations, of operating a monopoly, of ….

And they are mostly right with their comments.
