PHIL WONG
Phil Wong was Head of Human Resources at OHT for many years. Phil was not regarded as the smartest of Managers, and wasn’t exactly loved, respected and trusted by his workers. Apparently the PWU had a huge backlog of grievances in OHT, in large part due to Phil.

Shortly after my dismissal, Phil moved (or was moved) elsewhere in the Corporation.
