STAGE 14: THE TORONTO STAR

After failing with the Globe & Mail, I tried the Toronto Star, specifically the investigative reporters this time. I talked to Kevin Donovan on the phone, who is quite well known apparently. Kevin told me that The Star received about ten cases a day, so competition was fierce. I told him that this case was special because it could have such a big impact, but Kevin had doubtless heard that line before.
