Implications of Criminal Fraud in OHT

I would like the opportunity to present you with some information on the above subject.

There is new and substantive information over and above the Internal Audit investigation performed in the Spring of 1993, which you may or may not be familiar with.

I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a meeting with Dr. O.A. Kupcis, and Mr. Leonoff would be an inappropriate contact due to his involvement in the previous investigation.

As this is not a legal case, and therefore you have the right ignore it, I would appreciate you telling me if you have no interest in hearing the case.
