Dear Ms. Prinsloo:

Implications of Criminal Fraud and Cover-Ups in Ontario Hydro

Thank you for your letter of July 21st, explaining that Ms. Susan Eng had passed you my letter because she was no longer Chair of the Board.

I must apologise for not making my position clear. I specifically wanted to talk with Ms. Eng 1) because she is no longer Chair and can therefore use non-legal approaches, and 2) because she has experience in both legal matters and in high level management.

As my letter stated, from the "circumstantial" evidence available I am fully convinced that fraud has occurred, and has been "covered up". However I am also fully aware that the damage could be enormous, if this case were to go public. Therefore, all my efforts have been focussed on trying to solve the problem without any public disclosure for any reason.

Hence, I believe the public would be best served by me consulting directly Ms. Susan Eng as a private citizen, if she is interested in meeting me.

I look forward to hearing from you, or Ms. Eng.

Yours sincerely,

Michael Moles
