Dear Detective Burnham:

Allegations of Criminal Fraud and Cover-Ups in Ontario Hydro

Following my voice mail earlier today, please find attached the last two pieces of correspondance covering the above case. One letter is the one I sent to Mr. Farlinger, Chairman of Ontario Hydro. The other is my dismissal letter.

The content of the letter to Mr. Farlinger is based on our meeting on March 5, 1996, and on the phone conversation we had on July 4 where you indicated that the Fraud Squad would not be continuing the investigation, but you would be willing to talk to appropriate people on this issue.

As you are aware, I was dismissed from Ontario Hydro on November 4 over this case, and consequently would like the Fraud Squad to re-open the investigation.
