Once again, thank you for your rapid response to my memo of April 26, 1994. From the tone of your reply of April 27, 1994, and the lack of response to my memo of May 4, 1994, I conclude that you have no interest in any discussions on this issue.

Consequently, I intend to follow my lawyer's advice to take the case elsewhere.
